Cookie Policy

By NextSpinMY Editorial TeamLast updated

This Cookie Policy explains how nextspinmy.com uses cookies and similar technologies. The short version is that, at the time of writing, the site does not set any cookies of its own. This page exists so that you know what to expect now and what would change if we ever added analytics or advertising tools.

Quick Answer

Quick answer: NextSpinMY is a static website and sets no tracking cookies by default. If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, this page will be updated and a notice will be shown on the site. Third-party sites you reach through our links, including the operator, set their own cookies under their own policies.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device. When you return to the site, the browser sends the cookie back, which lets the site remember things such as a language preference or whether you are logged in. Cookies can be set by the site you are visiting (first-party cookies) or by other services embedded in the page (third-party cookies).

Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and device fingerprinting. This policy covers all of them.

Cookies on this site today

NextSpinMY is a static website. It does not create user accounts, has no login, and does not set analytics or advertising cookies by default. Our pages are plain HTML, CSS and a small amount of script needed to display content.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security. Those logs are not cookies and do not track you across sites. See the Privacy Policy for details.

The contact form sends your name, email address and message to a third-party form-handling service. To the best of our knowledge that service does not set tracking cookies through our form, but we do not control its infrastructure.

Categories that could be added in future

We want to be transparent about what might change. If we ever introduce cookies, they would fall into one or more of these categories:

CategoryPurposeStatus on this site
Strictly necessaryRequired for the site to function, such as remembering a cookie-consent choiceNot currently used
AnalyticsUnderstanding which pages are read and how the site performsNot currently used
AdvertisingMeasuring affiliate referrals or showing tailored promotionsNot currently used

If any category is introduced, we will update this page, change the "updated" date at the top, and show a notice on the site. Where consent is required, we will ask for it before non-essential cookies are set.

When you click a tracked affiliate link to the operator, you leave nextspinmy.com. The operator's website may set its own cookies to record that you arrived through our referral and to run its own services. That happens on the operator's domain under the operator's cookie and privacy policies, which we do not control. The same applies to any other external site we link to, such as payment providers or support organisations.

Our Affiliate Disclosure explains how referral tracking works and how those links are marked.

How to control cookies

You can manage cookies through your browser at any time:

  • Block or delete cookies in the privacy or security settings of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge or your mobile browser.
  • Block third-party cookies only, which stops most cross-site tracking while allowing sites to function.
  • Use private or incognito mode, which discards cookies when you close the window.
  • Clear site data for a specific domain if you want to reset what a site remembers.

Because this site sets no cookies, blocking them will not affect how nextspinmy.com works. Blocking cookies on the operator's site may prevent logging in or completing a transaction there; that is a matter between you and the operator.
