Editorial Policy
This editorial policy explains how content on NextSpinMY is researched, written, reviewed and updated, how promotional claims are labelled, and how we keep affiliate revenue away from editorial decisions. It applies to every page on the site, including the blog and pages such as this one.
NextSpinMY is an independent affiliate information site about the nextspimy brand. We are not the operator, we have no access to player accounts and we do not process deposits or withdrawals. That independence only means something if the way we work supports it, which is what this policy is for.
Research
Content begins with the operator's public pages: registration flows, promotion pages, terms and conditions, payment and help sections. We read the current version of these pages rather than relying on memory or third-party summaries.
For anything touching Malaysian payments, regulation or consumer protection, we consult public authority sources such as Bank Negara Malaysia, MCMC and PayNet. We do not copy text from the operator's site or from any other website.
Writing
Articles are drafted by the NextSpinMY Editorial Team in plain English, with a Bahasa Melayu summary and, where possible, fuller Malay content. We follow these rules in every draft:
- Define technical terms such as wagering requirements or bonus expiry inside the article.
- Avoid marketing language. We do not describe anything as official, licensed, guaranteed, the safest or number one.
- Never invent figures. Bonus percentages, RM amounts, wagering multipliers, processing times, limits, user counts and statistics appear only when verified; otherwise the reader is told to check the operator's current promotions page or terms.
- Never fabricate testimonials, first-hand winning stories or author credentials.
- State that gambling involves financial risk, that outcomes are random and that it is not a source of income wherever that context is relevant.
- Remind readers that Malaysian laws apply to them and that we do not give legal advice.
Labelling promotional claims
Anything that describes an offer, a bonus or a benefit is a promotional claim, and every promotional claim on this site is attributed to the operator. In practice this means phrasing such as "the operator states" or "according to the operator's promotions page", never a bare statement presented as our own finding. Where a figure has not been verified at the time of writing, the article says so and directs the reader to the operator's page instead.
Promotional claim means any statement about a bonus, reward, rate, limit or benefit that originates from the operator. On NextSpinMY these are always attributed and never treated as independent fact.
Review
Before publication a draft is checked against the source pages it relies on, against this policy and against the fact-checking policy. Reviewers look specifically for unattributed promotional claims, unverified numbers, missing risk statements and language that could be mistaken for operator marketing.
Updating
Operators change their terms and promotions. Every page displays a "last updated" date so readers can judge how current it is. When we revisit a page and change its content, the updated date changes with it. A page with an old date should be read with that in mind and checked against the operator's current terms.
Corrections
Readers can report errors through the contact page or by emailing hello@nextspinmy.com. When a report is confirmed, we correct the page as soon as practical and change the updated date. We do not quietly rewrite content and leave the old date in place.
Separation of affiliate revenue and editorial decisions
NextSpinMY may earn a commission when a reader registers or deposits with the operator through a tracked link on this site. This does not change what the reader pays. Our affiliate model page explains the arrangement fully. For editorial purposes, the following rules apply:
- The operator does not write, edit or approve our content.
- Commission does not determine what we cover, what we say or which risks we mention.
- Responsible gaming content is never softened to protect referrals. Our responsible gaming page exists on the same footing as every other page.
- Affiliate links are disclosed, and this policy is linked from the about page so readers can find it.
