NextSpinMY (nextspinmy.com) is an independent affiliate information website about the online casino brand nextspimy. We are not the operator. We have no access to player accounts and we do not process deposits, withdrawals, bets or payments. Because of that, the amount of personal data we handle is small, and this page explains exactly what it is.
This policy applies only to nextspinmy.com. It does not cover the operator's website or any other site you reach through our links.

The form also includes a hidden anti-spam field that visitors never see; automated bots that fill it in are ignored.
What we do not collect
We do not create user accounts, and we do not ask for passwords, identity documents, bank details or gambling history. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies by default. If that ever changes, the Cookie Policy will be updated and a notice will be shown on the site.
Why we use this data
- Server logs: security, abuse prevention and keeping the site available.
- Contact form data: responding to your question, correction or complaint.
We do not use either of these for profiling, marketing lists or automated decision-making.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and close the matter. Server logs are retained under the hosting provider's own standard retention practice, which we do not control beyond choosing a reputable host.

Your rights

Children
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us a contact form message, email hello@nextspinmy.com and we will delete it.
